Humorous, entertaining, and well written. This interesting collection of short stories offers a perspective of military life away from the stress and challenges of actual combat. An enjoyable first effort from an excellent storyteller that is well worth reading.
The short stories are most interesting and a pleasure to read. I have two favorites but I will let other readers decide theirs. A big salute to Colonel Corbett....job well done sir!
This is a collection of short stories of war AND peace, sure to make you smile. I found it refreshing.
Clever, entertaining stories which made me laugh out loud. Anybody who has either been in the service or has relatives with service experience will really enjoy these stories.
